Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
- Mix the Creamsicle Filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add in sweetened condensed milk, orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
- Assemble and Chill: Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
