Ingredients
-
1½ cups all-purpose flour
-
½ teaspoon baking powder
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
2 tablespoons melted butter
-
2–3 garlic cloves, finely minced
-
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in Greek yogurt and olive oil until a rough dough forms. Knead for 2–3 minutes until soft and slightly tacky.
-
Divide dough into 4 equal balls. On a floured surface, roll each ball into an oval or round about ¼ inch thick.
-
Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush one side of each flatbread with the garlic butter.
-
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place 1–2 flatbreads in the basket, buttered side up. Air fry for 5–6 minutes until golden and puffed. Repeat with remaining dough.
-
Optional: Brush with extra garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
For a vegan version, use plant-based yogurt and vegan butter.
Add chili flakes, cheese, or herbs for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in the fridge up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months.
